11. Team Workshop - Key account managementWith the Sales Coach, Greg Donlan
This full day session helps your team to build an overriding strategy to maintain and grow key accounts.
We will share insights into how to categorise customers and clients before developing a service plan for each category. Developing a plan to connect with all potential stakeholders is also a component of this workshop.
We will then help the team confirm their structure for regular account calls. In addition the group will prepare and document an ideal flow for an annual review & planning meeting.
Whilst the session is packed with theory and structure we also ensure there is significant skill practice throughout the day.
