14. Team Workshop - Pipeline analysis and progression

Pipeline analysis is a program limited to those organisations that have conducted the Sales Coach “Sales Process” workshop and are enthusiastic to embed the philosophy into their culture. A 90 minute review of the pipeline is conducted each month (six or 12 month programs). Not only does it help embed the concepts taught and systems created, it also assists to close live opportunities. Typically such a session involves

  • Review of current pipeline
  • Analysis of key opportunities in context of the sales process
  • Creative ideas to progress those key opportunities
  • Accountably surrounding agreed actions from previous review
