4. Team Workshop - Qualifying & controlling techniques

Whilst it’s important to have a pre-planned sales process, it becomes vital to then have the ability to execute that process with prospects and clients.

In this half day workshop we will focus on two key areas

  • The skills to control sales meetings (time, attendees & agenda)
  • The ability to seamlessly progress a prospect from one step to the next
  • The understanding of how to build momentum during a sale
  • Skills to help a prospect “open up”
  • An understanding of the six essential qualifying questions

This half day workshop will include significant theory, however if extended to a full day it is complemented by skill practice in each area. The practice helps to ensure the team embrace the concepts and build them into their ‘game plan”
