The Sales Coach negotiation workshop focuses on how to negotiate a winning outcome that also ensures a positive lasting relationship.

The half day interactive session steps through the following stages

  • Setting an appropriate tone

  • Planning to remove the emotion
  • Creating contrasting options
  • Bargaining tactics
  • Reaching agreement

The workshop concludes with a dynamic negotiation between three teams. The teams practice the new skills and learn to work as a team in an enjoyable exercise which underpins the learning.
